Regulatory Status

Sacred Promise Institute's CNA Training Program is being prepared for approval by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 5, Chapter 2.5, which governs Nurse Assistant Training Programs in California.

SPI does not currently hold approval from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and does not represent its CNA Training Program as BPPE approved. SPI is pursuing exempt status under California Education Code Section 94874.

The California Department of Public Health is the primary regulatory authority for SPI's CNA Training Program. Questions about SPI's regulatory status should be directed to the SPI Founder and CEO at info@sacredpromiseinstitute.org.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Sacred Promise Institute is committed to equal access to education. SPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal or California law. This policy applies to admissions, enrollment, instruction, clinical placement, and all program activities.

Student Grievance Procedure

Students who have complaints or concerns should follow this three step procedure.

Step 1, Direct Resolution. Discuss the concern directly with the instructor or Director of Nursing and document the discussion in writing.

Step 2, Formal Written Complaint. If the concern is not resolved in Step 1, submit a written complaint to the SPI Founder and CEO at info@sacredpromiseinstitute.org or by mail to 3990 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. SPI will respond in writing within 10 business days.

Step 3, External Regulatory Authority. If the concern is not resolved internally, students may contact the California Department of Public Health, the regulatory authority for SPI's CNA Training Program, at www.cdph.ca.gov or (916) 558-1784.

Enrollment Agreement

A sample Enrollment Agreement is available upon request prior to any payment. Students receive a copy of the Enrollment Agreement before signing. Students may cancel their enrollment within three business days of signing the Enrollment Agreement and receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid to SPI. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Dreamchaser Scholarship

The SPI Dreamchaser Scholarship is a limited, discretionary, need based partial tuition award offered by Sacred Promise Institute at its sole discretion. Availability, award amounts, and eligibility criteria are subject to change without notice. The scholarship is not a guarantee of admission, does not guarantee employment or any specific wage outcome, and does not constitute financial aid under Title IV of the Higher Education Act. Award decisions are final.

WIOA and Workforce Funding

Sacred Promise Institute is not currently listed on California's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) and is not yet able to accept WIOA Individual Training Account (ITA) funding directly. SPI is pursuing regulatory exemption, and this information will be updated once SPI's regulatory status is confirmed.

Employment and Outcomes

SPI does not guarantee employment or any specific wage outcome. Completion of the CNA Training Program does not guarantee passage of the California Nurse Assistant Competency Examination. Listing on the California Nurse Aide Registry requires passing the state examination administered by a CDPH approved testing vendor.
