Defense Workforce Training
Sacred Promise Institute's defense workforce programs train veterans and trades workers for roles in the cleared defense industrial base, and now reach into professional education on the technology changing how the force operates. Our curriculum maps to where the workforce gap is moving fastest. Counter-Unmanned Systems sustainment. Advanced Manufacturing. AI literacy for the force. Electronics Assembly. Industrial Data Systems. Every program is short-cycle, designed around the veteran skill stack, and built to feed primes, national labs, community colleges, and the broader defense industrial base.
Six Tracks. One Mission.
Counter-Unmanned Systems Technician Certificate
A 12-week, full-time certificate training cleared technicians to sustain and integrate counter-unmanned systems across every domain, air, ground, surface, and undersea. Built around the veteran skill stack, it covers the electronics, mechanical fabrication, and field-sustainment skills the all-domain mission now demands, anchored to the Department's 2024 Counter-Unmanned Systems strategy.
Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum Partnerships
Additive Manufacturing curriculum built to the Common Additive Manufacturing Framework, designed for veterans and trades workers entering the defense industrial base manufacturing layer. Structured to license to colleges and workforce partners, with the partner keeping tuition and apportionment.
AI in Modern Warfare Professional Short Course
A three-day, non-technical short course on how artificial intelligence is integrating into the military, from Project Maven to today. Built for a mixed room of leaders, transitioning service members, and the defense workforce, it builds real literacy in what AI can and can't do, where the human stays in the decision, and how to tell a real capability from a sales pitch. Drawn entirely from the public record and refreshed on a fixed cadence.
Automation, Metrology, and Production Systems Technician
A 640-hour, 16-week, five-phase certificate preparing technicians for placement with U.S. government prime contractors and defense industrial base manufacturers. Targets the factory systems technician demand curve where the workforce gap is widening fastest.
Industrial Data Technician
Licensable curriculum and term sheet for the instrumentation and data layer on advanced manufacturing floors. Covers sensor wiring, calibration, programmable logic controller maintenance, and supervisory control and data acquisition systems. Designed for veteran electronics and signal backgrounds transitioning into the industrial data role.
Defense Electronics Assembly
Curriculum and government proposal for cleared electronics assembly technicians. Maps to the IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certification framework required by primes ramping circuit-card assembly work in California. Built for veteran signal and electronics backgrounds entering the defense electronics manufacturing layer.
Scale the Pipeline Together
Sacred Promise Institute partners with primes, national labs, community colleges, and federal workforce programs to scale these tracks. Inquire about partnership or curriculum licensing.
