About Sacred Promise Institute
Sacred Promise Institute is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training school based in Bonita, California. Our accelerated 22-day program prepares students to sit for the California state CNA certification exam and enter the healthcare workforce on day one. Cohorts are capped at 12 students to ensure close instruction, hands-on clinical practice, and real mentorship.
We are led by a Service-Disabled Veteran, CDPH-aligned, and built to serve career changers, veterans, and anyone ready for a real pathway into healthcare. Tuition is a flat $2,000 with no hidden fees, and one student per cohort receives the full Dreamchaser Scholarship.

Our Leadership
Dexter Saldaen, Founder and CEO. U.S. Army combat veteran, service-disabled, with a workforce development background across San Diego County, including direct experience building training pathways for underserved communities. Oversees institutional operations, partnerships, and long-term program strategy.
Jimlaine Marvin, RN, Director of Nursing. Over 15 years of clinical experience, beginning as a CNA at Scripps Health in San Diego and advancing to Operating Room Registered Nurse. B.S. in Nursing, Point Loma Nazarene University. Oversees clinical instruction standards, instructor qualifications, clinical site partnerships, and CDPH Title 22 compliance.
