Regulatory Information

Sacred Promise Institute offers a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program prepared for approval by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) under California Code of Regulations, Title 22.

SPI is exempt from Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) oversight under California Education Code section 94874(f), which covers non-degree institutions whose total charges are $2,500 or less and aren’t paid from state or federal student financial aid. Our CNA program is $2,000 total. An exemption isn’t a BPPE approval, and SPI doesn’t claim or imply approval to operate by the Bureau.
